No! Standard shipping is included in the price of every product. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see on the product page is the total price for delivery to your curb or dock.

HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship your order using the fastest and most reliable methods available. Depending on the size and weight of your items, one of two methods will be used:
• Small Parcel: Lighter items (like accessories or most chairs) ship via UPS, FedEx, or DHL. These typically arrive within 1–10 business days. No signature is usually required, but delivery is at the driver’s discretion.
• Standard Truck Delivery (LTL): Large items like desks, conference tables, and files ship via professional freight carriers. Because these items are heavy, you are required to select your "Delivery Site Access" type on the product page.

UNDERSTANDING DELIVERY ACCESS (LARGE ITEMS ONLY)

For heavy freight shipments, we need to know about your facility to ensure the correct truck is assigned to your order:
• Commercial Building w/ Loading Dock: Standard freight delivery where the driver offloads the pallet directly onto a raised loading dock.
• Residential or Business Curbside: The driver will use a liftgate to lower the pallet to the ground at your curb or driveway. Note: Drivers are not permitted to enter homes or offices. You are responsible for moving the items from the curb into your building. You may need a friend or colleague to help!

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY (INSIDE PLACEMENT)

Need help getting your new furniture inside and set up? We offer an optional White Glove Delivery service. A professional team will bring the items into your space, handle the placement, and remove all packaging materials.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Most items arrive between 1 and 10 business days after leaving the warehouse. Some custom or oversized items may take longer. Once your order ships, we will notify you via email with tracking information. If you have specific deadlines, please contact us before ordering for a precise lead time.

DAMAGE INSPECTION

Your satisfaction is our priority. Please inspect all packages at the time of delivery:
1. If the box shows any signs of damage, or if the packaging is compromised, please note the damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves.
2. Inspect the items inside immediately.
3. If you find any issues, Contact Us right away so we can resolve it for you.
