Ways to Celebrate The Fourth of July with Your Office
Jun 29th 2018
You can surely watch the fireworks in the evening with your friends and family, but there is no reason why you couldn’t enjoy the Fourth of July fun during the day, too, in your office, with your co-workers – here are a few tips how:
- Decorate the office and the break room with patriotic ornaments – you can use smaller or larger flags, tablecloth, disposable plates and cups that feature stripes and stars to get everyone in the patriotic mood. You can even hang a big banner that says “Happy Fourth of July” in your office or in your customer area;
- A patriotic potluck – spend the lunch break together and ask your co-workers to bring red, white and blue foods, buy new office chairs for sale at a store near you for a celebration they will remember;
- A cook-out – get a grill and prepare some burgers and hotdogs for your team mates. If you are not into cooking, you surely have a co-worker who is a master chef of all-American foods and is willing to lend a hand;
- Organize a volunteering program – get everyone together and devote the day to helping others. You can also ask your co-workers to go through their wardrobe and to select clothing items that they no longer want to use, but are still in good condition and donate the clothes to needy people.
